How You're Paid to Grow
Your income here isn't capped by a salary—it's built on commission that scales with your results. As you complete training and start closing, your earning potential grows in stages:
STAGE 1
Ramp-up Stage
Paid training while you learn the product, the pitch, and the process alongside a mentor.
STAGE 2
Independent Rep Stage
Full commission on every sale you close, with no cap on how much you can earn.
STAGE 3
Leadership Stage
For top performers, override income from mentoring and leading your own team of reps.
A Day in the Life of a Cornerstone Rep
Mornings start with the team-a quick huddle to set goals, share wins from the day before, and get energized.
From there, you're out in the field with a mentor by your side (especially in your first weeks), having real conversations with homeowners about smart home technology that actually makes their lives easier. It's not about pushing a pitch-it's about listening, educating, and helping people see what's possible for their home.
Evenings wrap with the team again: results, lessons learned, and celebrating the wins-because here, your growth is everyone's win.

Do I need sales experience?
No. Some of our best reps had zero sales background before joining. Our paid training is built to take you from day one to confident conversations.
Is this commission-only, with no safety net?
You'll know exactly how you're paid before your first day—no vague promises, no guesswork. [Confirm and insert actual pay structure: base + commission, ramp-up pay, etc.]
Isn't door-to-door sales outdated?
Not the way we do it. Our reps have real, consultative conversations about smart home technology—not scripted pitches. It's premium and relationship-driven, not old-school pressure selling.

Will I have a set schedule?
You build your own calendar. Some structure exists around team huddles and training, but your day-to-day is largely in your control.
